Turkish123 is an automated index and link aggregation service. We do not host, upload, store, or distribute any video files or media streams on our servers. All video players embed content hosted on third-party video platforms that are publicly accessible on the web. All series titles, posters, and trademarks belong to their respective copyright owners.

2. Takedown Procedure (24-48 Hour Response)

If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent) and believe that any link indexed on this website points to content that infringes your copyright, please send a formal DMCA notice to contact@turkish123.skin. Valid notices are reviewed and the reported links are removed within 24-48 hours.

3. Required Elements of a DMCA Notice

To be valid and actionable, your takedown notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  2. The exact URL(s) on Turkish123 that contain the link(s) in question.
  3. Your full name, organization (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email address.

4. Third-Party Hosting Note

Because video files are hosted by external third-party providers, removing a link from Turkish123 removes it from our directory but does not delete the underlying video from the third-party host. Please contact the respective video host directly to remove the source file.
